ISSiGUARD app is designed for simplicity and effectiveness. After a quick setup, you’ll have access to a suite of safety features that work seamlessly in the background. Whether you’re planning a journey, attending a meeting, or working alone, our app ensures that help is always just a button press away.

' JOURNEY MODE '

Real-Time Journey

The Journey feature gives you the confidence to travel safely, providing your nominated emergency contacts with real-time updates of your movements between two places. 

Once you have created a journey, your destination route will be notified to your contacts via SMS and email.

An alarm would only be triggered if you don’t arrive at your end destination.

If you frequently visit specific places, you can add them to the “Saved Locations” section for future use.

 

This can be used day-to-day when travelling between locations or planning a new travel route.

– LEAVING THE OFFICE OR FROM HOME

– TRAVELLING BACK LATE AT NIGHT

– MEETING FRIENDS OUTSIDE OF CATCHMENT AREA

– WALKING ALONE THROUGH A PARK 

– Etc. 

' MEETING MODE '

Meeting Mode: Your Personal Safety Assistant

This feature can be used in situations when going to unfamiliar areas, meeting a new client or simply working in the office alone.

The meeting timer can be set around your event. An alert will automatically be created if the timer expires, or if you do not cancel the meeting to confirm you are safe.

Poor reception, power loss or any other compromisation of the device will not affect an alert being sent when the countdown has completed. This is because once set, the meeting information is stored on the cloud servers.

The system sends out a pre-warning 60 secs before the alert is sent out in form of vibration or sound, giving you the chance to add more time or cancel the countdown.

Andy is meeting a source in a secluded coffee shop for the first time. Feeling uneasy, so he activates Meeting mode for 30 minutes, sharing it with a trusted colleague, John. ISSiGUARD allowed John to track Andy’s location while Andy was on the site. As it is a crime-related interview, John keeps his eyes on Andy’s location, however, he notices Andy is moving to somewhere which was not in his plan. John called Andy twice to check if he was okay, but he didn’t receive any response but still could detect his location. John called the police and shared Andy’s location. Police were able to find Andy with the exact location from ISSiGUARD.

' PERSON DOWN FEATURE '

This enables impact detection when Person Down activated.
You can specifically optimise ‘NON MOVEMENT’ level through settings. Alerts will be activated according to the settings selected.

Person-Down Detection

When enabled, the Man-Down feature allows the app to detect if you have had a sudden fall automatically, stopped moving for a while or even become motionless.

An alert would be triggered on these parameters capturing vital audio and video footage at the scene notifying others of your current situation and welfare.

You could be out on a run and trip causing injury, falling on a flight of stairs in an office building, etc.  

This feature adds an extra layer of protection once these incidents occur.

' GHOST MODE '

The ‘Ghost Mode’ feature gives you the ultimate control to mask your location when logged in.

This provides full privacy of your location while still the triggering of alerts when needed.

When in Ghost Mode, you can still :

– Raise and cancel alerts

– Report an incident

– Use the other App features

When raising an alert, Ghost Mode is immediately disabled and the location will appear in the admin dashboard overview map. 

The alert location will be recorded, and vital audio & video evidence will be captured, as per the usual operating procedure for an emergency.

– Traveling Discreetly: When you want to travel without broadcasting your location to others, Ghost Mode ensures your movements remain private. This can be useful for personal privacy or for avoiding unwanted attention.

– Attending Private Events: If you are attending an event where you prefer to keep your presence unknown, such as a private gathering or a confidential meeting, Ghost Mode helps maintain your anonymity. 

– Confidential Business Activities: In business scenarios where confidentiality is key, such as during sensitive negotiations or site visits, Ghost Mode ensures your location remains undisclosed. 

' MASK MODE '

'STEALTH PROFILE'

Discreet Alarm Activation : The ISSiGuard stealth profile prioritises discretion by changing the phone’s background photo when an alarm is raised. This disguises the fact that an alarm is active, potentially preventing unwanted attention from someone nearby. 

Customisation: Users can personalise the stealth profile to their preferences. This might include adjusting the required shake length or intensity, or choosing vibration status in ‘Alert Mode’ and ‘Tracking Mode’, or video recording set up. 

This is a unique feature that offers an extra layer of security and discretion for users who might find themselves in situations where a visible alarm activation could be risky. 

ISSiGUARD MONITORING CENTRE

Real-Time Alarm Monitoring

When you activate your alarm, the ISSiGuard monitoring centre is instantly notified. 

The app automatically sends video footage and audio clip upon alarm activation, giving the monitoring centre a clear view of the situation.

The monitoring centre will first attempt to reach you by phone to confirm your safety. 

If alert raised, monitoring centre can access to video and audio recordings sent through. If our monitoring team cannot verify the incident from the video or audio then they call the user’s mobile. If there is no answer, our monitoring team will contact emergency contact list to advise of the even and take a further action if required.

The captured video footage serves as valuable evidence for further investigation or legal proceedings, if needed. 

This enhanced security ensures that you receive immediate assistance in case of an emergency.
